Agreement of Terms
By placing an order on arcanixpc.fr, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. These terms apply to all products sold by ArcanixPC.

 

Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability. ArcanixPC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal, Klarna, USDC. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and dispatched.

 

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from France within 3 business days. While we strive for timely delivery across Europe, ArcanixPC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

 

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty and Returns
All hardware sold by ArcanixPC comes with a standard warranty. If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Limitation of Liability
ArcanixPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sold through our store.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
